OTICE is hereby given that the Ordinary Yearly Meeting of Shareholders of Hong Kong Realty aud Trust Company, Limited, will be held at the Registered Office of the Company, Exchange Building (2nd Floor), Des Vaux Road Central, Hong Kong, on Tues- day, the 2nd April, 1940, at 11.30 a.m., for the purpose of receiving a Statement of Ac- counts and the Report of the Board of Direc tors for the year ended on the 31st December, 1939, and re-electing two Directors and the Auditors,

The Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Thursday, the 21st March, 1940, to Tuesday, the 2nd April, 1940, both days inclusive.

The Transfer will be complcted on the 16th day of April, 1940.

The Transferee intends to carry on the business of Printers at Nos. 85-87, Apliu Street, ground floors, Shamshuipo aforesaid, and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferor in connection with the said business.
