No. 8.-NOTICE is hereby given that the Court has by virtue of Section 58 of the Probates Ordinance 1897 made an Order limiting to the 31st day of January, 1907, for sending in Claims against the above estates.

All Creditors are hereby required to send their Claims to the undersigned before the said date.

YANGTZE RIVER-KIUKIANG DISTRICT,

OLIPHANT ISLAND STRAIGHT CHANNEL BEACONS AND CHUANKIANGKOW LIGHT SHIFTED.

OLIPHANT ISLAND STRAIGHT CHANNEL BEACONS,

(See Beacons Nos, 80 and 81 in “ List of Lights, etc.,” for 1906.)

NOTICE is hereby given that Lay Island Beacon has been shifted 2,000 feet S. 82 18′ E. from its former position, and that Oliphant Island Beacon has been shifted 800 feet N. So 30' E. from its former position.

On each of these Beacons two unclassed lights are exhibited during high river, the upper light on each is white, and the lower, red,

CHUANKIANGKOW LIGHT.

(See Light No. 93 in “ List of Lights, etc.,” for 1906.)

This Light has been shifted 93 feet N. 20° E. from its former position.

All bearings given are magnetic.
