OTICE is hereby given that the Court has by virtue of Section 58 of the Probates Ordinance 1897, made an Order limiting the time for creditors and others to send in their claims against the above estate to the 6th day of January, 1940.

All creditors and others are accordingly hereby required to send their claims to the undersigned on or before that date.

(In liquidation) and Tam Hei Tin (譚希 天) the Liquidator thereof both of No. 24

Wing Lok Street, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong carrying on business as Newspaper Publi- shers (hereinafter called "the Transferors") have agreed to sell and transfer to Tai Kwong Newspaper Hing Kee of No. 22 Des Vœux

Road Central (second floor) Victoria aforesaid

(hereinafter called “the Transferees") the busi-

ness of the said Tai Kwong Newspaper Com-

pany (1939) Limited including the goodwill,

signboard, furniture, fixtures and fittings of

. and in the said business.

The Transfer will be completed at the Office

of Messrs. Hastings & Co., Solicitors, of Marina

House, Hong Kong on the 16th day of January

Such omission is now rectified by Order of the Registrar of Trade Marks pursu- ant to Rule 79 by the insertion in the Govern- ment Gazette of this advertisement once only.
