Hing Company (瑞興百貨 A) of No. 187 to No. 195 Des Vœux Road, Central, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, on the 14th day of August 1939, applied for registration in Ilong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :--

claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The above Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention so to use it forthwith in class 38 in respect of Hosiery.

This Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the words "Forget me not
