The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants since the year 1933 in respect of toilet articles for the hair in class 48.

The Applicants disclaim the right to the ex- clusive use of the bottle device and the word "Savoy" appearing in the Trade Mark.

A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the undersigned.
