As from December 1st, 1939, and until further notice, the passage through the Fat tau mun Pass will be prohibited to all craft.

EASTERN APPROACH TO HONG KONG HARBOUR.
TATHONG CHANNEL.
Commencing Monday, 20th November, 1939, all small craft (including lighters) constructed of iron or steel and wooden craft, if loaded with iron or steel, which use the gap at the eastern end of the Anti-Submarine Boom when proceeding outwards, are prohibited from proceeding South of this Boom without special permission from the Naval Authorities.
