No. S. 559.-Sealed tenders in triplicate which should be clearly marked Tenders for Mooring Buoy", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 13th day of November, 1939.

One "L.G." Reversible Mooring Buoy, including cable supporter and eye shackle, 12/ · 0′′ × 6′ ~0".

Buoy to be of welded construction.

Price to be quoted for the supply of the above buoy made of mild steel with cast steel cable supporter and tested forged steel shackle eye.

Specification and plan can be seen at the office of the Government Marine Surveyor.

Tenderers are to note that delivery must be completed as required within harbour limits on or before one month of receipt of acceptance of tender.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

BOTANICAL AND FORESTRY DEPARTMENT.

No. S. 560.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of Flower Pots", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 13th day of November, 1939, for the supply of flower pots to the Botanical and Forestry Department for the period from the 1st January, 1940 to the 31st March, 1941 inclusive.

For forms of tender, specifications and further particulars apply at this office.

No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited with the Accountant-General the sum of $50 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if such person fails or refuses to carry out his tender, should his tender be accepted.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves. the right to accept all or any part of any tender.

No. S. 561.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the Supply of Labour and Stores, Botanical and Forestry Department", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 13th day of November, 1939, for the supply of labour and stores to the Botanical and Forestry Department for the period from the 1st January, 1910 to the 31st March, 1941 inclusive.
