Cross Harbour Pipe Line.
As from the 24th October, and until further notice, pipe lifting will be carried out by a crane lighter and divers will work from diving punts within an area bounded by the following positions
1. 22° 17′ 261" N.

4. 22° 17' 36 N.

The crane lighter will display by day a red flag and by night a green light over a white light.
Masters of all passing vessels are warned to keep well clear of these craft and to proceed as slow as possible compatible with the safety of their vessels.
Notice to Mariners No. 177/1939 will be cancelled on the above coming into force.
