NOTICE is hereby given that Iwan & Co., Ltd. of 2 Chome, Kitakyuhoji-Machi, Higashiku, Osaka, Japan, a Company incor- porated under the laws of Japan, have, by an application dated the 29th day of August, 1939, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following trade mark :--
