OTICE is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong dated the 8th day of September 1939 confirming the reduction of the capital of the above named Company from $1,000,000 to $770,000 and the Minute (approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above Ordinance were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 9th day of September 1939 AND FURTHER tako notice that the said Minute is in the words and figures following:-

"The capital of Xanadu Investment

Company Limited henceforth is $770,000 divided into 15,400 shares of $50 each and at the time of the registration of this Minute the sum of $50 is to be deemed paid up on each of the three shares which have been issued".

NOTICE is hereby given that the Order NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of

Limited henceforth is $3,500,000 divided into 500 shares of $7,000 each and at the time of the registra- tion of this Minute the sum of $7,000 is to be deemed paid up ou each of the 238 shares which have been issued."
