SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO SERIAL NO. 1.

1. Reasonable facilities for access to the graves on the lot shall be given at the Ching Ming and Chung Yung Festivals to the persons entitled, in the opinion of the District Officer, to worship at the graves.

2. No cultivation shall be done within 15 feet of the existing graves.

SPECIAL CONDITION TO SERIAL NO. 2.

The public path through the lot as shown on a plan deposited in the District Office, Northen Distict, shall not be closed nor diverted without the written permission of the District Officer.
