The Trade Mark (1) has been used by the Applicants in respect of common soap, and detergents in Class 47 since January. 1931, and has not hitherto been used in respect of candles; illuminating, heating, or lubricating oils; matches; and starch, blue, and other preparations for laundry purposes in Class 47 but it is their intention so to use it forthwith.

The Trade Mark (2) has been used by the Applicants in respect of candles, common soap, detergents; illumina ing, heating, or lubricat- ing oils; matches; and starch, blue, and other preparations for laundry purposes in Class 47 since October, 1937.

The Trade Mark 3) has been used by the Applicants in respect of perfumery (including toilet articles, preparations for the teeth and hair, and perfumed soap) in Class 48 since September, 1936.
