The registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the name "FOLEY'S" when used separately from the device of a laughing cow as shewn on the mark.

The Registration of the "303", 333 "77" and "SSS" label trade marks is limited to the colours, red, white, pink, green and blue as shown on the respective specimen marks deposited with the Registrar of Trade Marks for registration.

The Registration of the 303 and "333" label trade marks shall give no right to the exclusive use of the numerals "303" and "

333".

The Registration of the "SSS" label trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the letters "SSS".

The Registration of the "77" label trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the numerals "77" nor of the Chinese characters
