(1) Section 2, as amended by Ordinance No. 31 of 1935-sub-section (1) is further amended by the repeal of the words law agent in the second and the sixth lines.

(2) Section 3, as amended by Ordinances Nos. 24 of 1932 and 31 of 1935-sub-section (2) is further amended by the addition at the end of the following words-

and also to appear before the Full Court on any appeal arising out of the deter- mination by a magistrate of any proceeding which he has power to determine in a summary way.'

(3) Section 6 is amended by the repeal of the words and figures section 21 of 1 in the third line and the insertion of the words “or any Ordinance amending or substituted for the same after the figures “ 1871,ˆân the fourth line.

(i) paragraph (c) is amended by the sub- stitution of the words in weight unladen exceed six hundredweights for unladen exceed in weight three hundredweights in the second and third lines;

(ii) paragraph (d) is amended by the insertion of the words in weight immediately before unladen in the second line and the repeal of the words

in weight in the third line:

(iii) paragraph (c) is amended by the substitution of the words in weight un- laden exceed six hundredweights in the second and third lines for the words unladen exceed in weight three hundred- weights ";
