Section 2---sub-section (1) is amended by the

repeal of the words-

(i) after the commencement of this Ordinance "in the second and third and the fourth and fifth lines;

(ii) either before or after the com- mencement of this Ordinance in the fifth and sixth lines.

are substituted—
