(40) Form No. 30 in the Schedule, as amended by Ordinance No. 27 of 1937, is further amended by the substitution for the words "into the custody of the Superintendent of Prisons to be imprisoned therein as a prisoner for debt of the words into the custody of the Superintendent of Prisons to be kept in a prison as a prisoner for debt ".

(41) Form No. 36 in the Schedule is amended by the substitution for the words and oppose the application unless you shall have of the words and oppose the application unless you have ".

(1) The preamble is repealed.

(2) Section 3 is renumbered as section 2.

(1) The words "Accountant-General" are sub- stituted for the words Treasurer or "Colonial Treasurer" wherever they occur.

(2) Section 2 is amended by the repeal of paragraph (c) and the renumbering of the succeeding paragraphs (d) to (1) as para- graphs (c) to (k) respectively.

(3) For the purpose of incorporating in this Ordinance the provisions of Ordinance No. 3 of 1926, the following two new sections 38A and 38B are inserted immediately after section 38-

38A. Notwithstanding anything in this Additional Ordinance, it shall be lawful for the power to Governor in Council to order a refund of grant refund

of rates.
