Procedure, 1901. (No. 3 of 1901), -contd.

(1) by the substitution for item 12 of the following new items 12 and 12a-

12a. Third-party notice when question or

issue to be determined.";

(ii) by the insertion of the following new items 16a and 16b immediately after item 16-

“16a. Notice of payment into court.

16h. Acceptance of sum paid into

court.";

(iii) by the repeal of item 46, the re- numbering of item 47 as item 46, and the insertion immediately thereafter of the following new item as item 47—

"47. Advertisement for claimants other

than creditors."

(38) Form No. 12 in the Schedule, as amended by Ordinance No. 27 of 1937, is repealed and the following two new forms are sub- stituted therefor as Forms 12 and 12a-
