SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO SERIAL Nos. 6 and 7.
1. Half of the area shall be planted with fruit trees within 12 months, and the whole area shall be planted with fruit trees within 24 months, of the date of sale, to the satisfaction of the District Officer.
2. Trees shall be planted not more than ten feet apart.
3. The purchaser shall construct a new path as shown coloured in green chain line on a plan deposited in the District Office, North, of such materials and designs as the District Officer may approve and to his satisfaction.
4. The purchaser shall pay to the Government the sum of $20.50 as compensatiou for pine trees growing on the lots.
