OTICE is hereby given that the KOWLOON UNION CHURCH intend at an early date to apply to the Legislative Council of the Colony of Hong Kong for the enactment of a Bill intituled An Ordinance to provide for the incorporation of the Kowloon Union Church."

INTITULED

An Ordinance to provide for the incorporation of the Kowloon

Union Church.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Kowloon Union Short title. Church Incorporation Ordinance, 1939.

2. The Trustees for the time being of the Kowloon Union Incorpora- Church shall be a body corporate under the name of the tion. "Trustees of the Kowloon Union Church (hereinafter referred to as "the Corporation ").

3. The Corporation by the name aforesaid shall have Succession perpetual succession and shall and may sue and be sued in all and Seal. Courts and shall and may have and use a common seal and may from time to time break, change, alter and make anew the said seal as to the Corporation may seem fit.
