The Registration of the above Trade Marks : (1) and (2) shall give no right to the exclusive use of the firm name.

Such Trade Mark has already been sub- stantially used by the applicants since the year 1934 in respect of cotton shirt and singlet in Class 38.

Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the Chinese nor of the words

characters "無敵

"Mo Dick" appearing thereon.
