Creditor's petition was filed on the 23rd day of May, 1939, and a Receiving Order against the above estate was made on the 30th day of June, 1939. OTICE is hereby given that by mutual consent Mr. John Hennessey Seth, F.S.A.A. retired from our firm and his interest and responsibility ceased as at 30th June, 1939.

"That Bottle Seals (Hong Kong) Limited be wound up voluntarily as a Mem- bers' Voluntary Winding-up and that Mr. D. S. Robb of Messrs. Lowe, Bingham & Matthews be, and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding- up."
