Temple Street, South, Second Floor, Kowloon in the said Colony of Hong Kong, Merchant (hereinafter called "the Transferee ") of the business of the said World Tailor " includ- ing the goodwill, signboard, stock-in-trade, furniture, fixtures, fittings, machinery, imple- ments and all other assets of the said busi- ness of the Transferors of and in the said business.
The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at the said premises under the same style or firm name or such other name as he may hereafter decide and will not assume the liability incurred by the Transferors in connec- tion with the said business prior to the 24th day of June 1939.
