The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants, but it is their intention so to use it forthwith, in respect of the following goods :-

Medicines, in Class 3.

(1) This Trade Mark is associated with the Trade Mark of pending Application No. 53 of 1939.

(2) The Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the letters

N.A.II.K." except as shown on the mark.

(3) It is a condition of registration that the cross device appearing on the mark shall not be used in red, or in white or silver on a red ground, or in any similar colour or colours.
