Application for Registration of

a Trade Mark.

NOTICE is hereby given that The Coole-

rator Company of Duluth, in the State of Minnesota, in the United States of America,

have on the 21st day of April, 1939 applied

for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Re- gister of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:--

COOLERATOR

in the name of The Coolerator Company, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of refrigerator machines, air-conditioning apparatus and equipment, ice- using devices and appliances, and freezers in Class 6, and in respect of refrigerating chests, ice boxes and ice chests in Class 50.

The said Trade Mark in Classes 6 and 50 is to be associated the one with the other.

A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.

Representations of the two Trade Marks are deposited for inspection in the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the under- signed.
