NOTICE is hereby given that, Andersen Meyer & Company Ltd., a company organized and existing under the laws of the Stato of Delaware, United States of America, having its Head Office at 21, 24 & 43 Yuen Ming Yuen Road, Shanghai, in the Republic of China, and having a Branch Office at David House, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 17th day of May, 1939, applied for registration of the following Trade Mark:-

NOTICE is hereby given that Tock Seng Bin Kee (R) of No 39 Bonham Strand West, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong on the 23rd day of May, 1939, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark, viz :—~

Agricultural and horticultural ma- chinery, machinery parts and acces- sories, in Class 7.
Electric and telegraphic cables and
wire, in Class 8.
Safes; safe deposit boxes; vault doors; needles; sanitary ware and fittings; bathroom, lavatory and household fixtures and fittings, in Class 13.
Sanitary Ware and fittings, bathroom, lavatory and household fixtures and fittings, in Class 16.
Roofing, insulating and sound proofing boards, electrical insulating ma- terial, in Class 17.
Windows; air conditioning, lighting, filtering, ventilating, heating and electric appliances; wiring devices and supplies; conduits and conduit
fittings; electrical insulating ma terial, in Class 18.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of the respective goods abovementioned in Classes 1, 5, 6, 13, 17 and 18 for 8, 5, 10, 15, 10 and 3 years respective- ly, and has not hitherto been used by the Applicants in respect of the respective goods abovementioned in Classes 7, 8 and 16, but it is their intention so to use it forthwith.
The Registration of this mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the abbrevia- tion A M Co." separately or in any combina- tion other than as shown in this Trade Mark,

in the name of Tock Seng Bin Kee (R) and Tan Chun Seng claims to be the sole Proprietor thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicant forthwith in class 3 in respect of Ginseng and Chinese Ginseng tonic pills.
Facsimile of the above trade mark can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and also at the undersigned.
It is hereby stated that the registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the ginseng device.
