TOTICE is hereby given that Messrs. B. S. Heera of 45 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong, have on the 15th day of March, 1939, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the follow- ing Trade Mark:-

in the name of B. S. Heera, who claim to be the Proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used

by the applicants, but it is their intention so
