No. S. 225.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 5th day of June, 1939, for the purchase of Cargo Junk No. 3738 V. as she now lies submerged in the Yaumati Typhoon Shelter.

Further particulars and appplication to view the junk may be had on application to the Assistant Government Marine Surveyor, Yaumati.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.

The Lot is sold for the term of seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less the last 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Drying Ground Lot, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 364 of 1934, and to Special Conditions Nos. 1 (a) and (b), and Special Condition hereunder specified.
