Lim trading as Mee Hua Company of No. 298, Des Voeux Road West, ground floor, Victoria, Hong Kong, has by an application dated the 25th day of March 1939, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following trade mark :-
