SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. No cultivation will be allowed within a radius of 10 feet of any grave which may be on the lot.
2. Purchaser must pay to the licensee of Forestry Lot No. 11 compensation for pine trees growing on the lot to the satisfaction of the District Officer, South.
3. Compensation must be paid to the licensee of pine-apple Lot No. 181 for pine- apple growing on the lot to the satisfaction of the District Officer, South.
