Street, Shamshuipo, Hong Kong, have by an application dated the 14th day of February 1939, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the follow- ing trade mark, viz :—

in the name of National Carbon Company, Inc., who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

Such trade mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in Class 13 in respect of electric lamps or bulbs since November 1933.

Registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the bulb devices.

Facsimile of such trade mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong, and of the undersigned.
