N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfer of Business Ordinance, No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that S. C. Lay Co., Ltd., (now in voluntary liquidation) of Roon No.32,David House, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, (hereinafter called "the Transferor") by Thomas Le C. Kuen of No. 26, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, aforesaid, Incorporated Account, the liquidator, has agreed to sell all the interest in and the goodwill of the trade and business of the Transferor to- gether with all the stock-in-trade, furniture, fixtures, goods, chattels, and effects, except the book debts, margins and deposits in bank or otherwise of the Transferor and the goods consigned to the Transferor and/or the goods

N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfer of Businesses Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Lam Tung carrying on business under the style or firm name of Tung Cheong Motor Company at No. 48 Hennessey Road, Ground Floor, Victoria, Hong Kong, (hereinafter called "the Trans- feror") has transferred to Lam Tsze Cheong (hereinafter called "the Transferee ") of No. 19n High Street, Ground Floor, Victoria, Hong Kong, All that the Transferor's business of the said Tung Cheong Motor Company and all the stock-in-trade, implements, furniture, fixtures and effects and all tools used in or about the business belonging to and used by the Vendor in the said business.

The Transferee intends to carry on the business at No. 48 Hennessey Road, Ground Floor, Victoria, aforesaid under the style or firm name of Tung Cheong Motor Company

The Transfer will be completed on or about (同昌汽車公司) and will not assune

the 22nd day of May, 1939.

The Transferee intends to carry on business at the same address and will not assume any of the liabilities incurred by the Transferor in connection with its business or otherwise.
