OTICE is hereby given that The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, a No Sum() trading as the

corporation organized under the laws of the State of Ohio, in the Chung Kai Knitting Factory (

United States of America, located and doing business at No. 1144 East Market Street, Akron, in the County of Summit, State of Ohio, U.S.A., Manufacturers, have on the 14th day of February 1939, applied for registration, in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark viz:-
