It is hereby notified for general information that His Excellency the Governor has given permission for fireworks, not being unlawful fireworks, to be kindled, discharged or let off in a lawful manner within the Colony, between 11.45 p.m. on the 31st December, 1939 and 12.15 a.m. on the 1st January, 1940.
