I, WILLIAM JAMES CARRIE, Controller of Food, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in me by the Defence Regulations, 1939, with the consent of His Excellency the Governor, hereby make the following order :-

The Order of the Controller of Food published as Government Notification No. 965 in the Gazette of the 20th October, 1939, is amended by the deletion therefrom of

1. Milk and milk products including butter, cheese, cream and ghee" and by the substitution therefor of "1. Milk and milk products, butter, ghee, cream and cheese (except packet, tinned or bottled cheese).
