No. 1066. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. CLAUDE BRAMALL BURGESS to be Deputy Clerk of Councils, with effect from 16th November, 1939.

No. 1067. With reference to Government Notification No. 895 published in the Gazette of the 6th October, 1939, His Excellency the Governor has received information from the Secretary of State for the Colonies that Mr. KATSUO OKAZAKI has been appointed Japanese Consul-General at Hong Kong.
