ORDINANCE No. 40 of 1912.

REGULATION).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Vehicles and Traffic Regulation Ordinance, 1912, the Governor in Council hereby amends the regulations made under the said Ordinance appearing on pages 723 to 803 of Volume II of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 Edition) as follows:-

Amendments.

1. The table to regulation & is amended, with effect from 1st October, 1939, by the deletion therefrom of paragraph (f) thereof and the substitution therefor of the following paragraphs:

2. Regulation 12 is amended, with effect from 1st. October, 1939, by the deletion therefrom of the full-stop at the end thereof and by the addition thereto of the following proviso:-

: Provided that no vehicle licence shall be issued at a proportionate fee unless the full annual fee for that licence exceeds five dollars.
