ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1911. (UNIVERSITY).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 (2) of the University Ordinance, 1911, the Court of the University amends Statute 11 of the Statutes of the University as published on page 671 of Volume II of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 Edition) as follows-
Amendment.

The first line of regulation 1 in Statute 11 is amended by the substitution of the words "the following members the words "fifteen of the members”.

ORDINANCE No. 11 of 1939. (HYDROCARBON OILS).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Hydrocarbon Oils Ordinance, 1939, the Governor in Council. amends the Regulations contained in the First Schedule to the said Ordinance as follows-
Amendments.
I. Regulation 1 of the Regulations under the heading DRAWBACK is amended by the deletion of the words of thirty cents per gallon and by the substitution therefor of the words "of the amount of duty levied".

II. Regulation 1 of the Regulations under the heading DRAWBACK ON LIGHT OIL MIXTURES OR ADMIXTURES is amended by the deletion of the words "of thirty cents per gallon" and by the substitution therefor of the words "of the amount of duty levied".
