Commencing 24th October. 1989, dangerous obstructions will be laid and passage is prohibited to all craft in the following areas:

(1) North Lantau Channel.

One mile on either side of the line joining PILLAR POINT and RED POINT (CHU LU KOK),

(2) West Lamma Channel.
