It is hereby notified that by an Order in Council dated the 2nd September, 1939, the Prize Court Rules, 1939, are made applicable to this Colony and the Prize Court Rules, 1914, and amendments thereto, are revoked. A copy of the Rules can be seen on application at the Colonial Secretary's Office.

The scale of fees charged by the Passport Office is
as follows:-
Issue of Passport
$ 10.00
Issue of Travel Certificates and similar
documents, each

Renewal of Passport, for each year of
renewal

Endorsement of Passport, otherwise than

at the time of issue or renewal
Transit visa, normal fee
Entry visa, normal fee
2. In the case of visas granted to nationals of those countries which charge British subjects visa fees in excess of those quoted above, reciprocal charges will be enforced, converted, until further notice, at the following fixed rates. of exchange:-
Hong Kong $0.80=1 shilling (sterling) Hong Kong $1.50-1 shilling (gold) Hong Kong $4.00 U.S. $1.
Hong Kong $1.30-1 franc (gold)
3. Particulars concerning the fees charged in any particular case may be obtained on application at the Passport. Office, Chung Tin Building, Des Voeux Road Central.
