H. The following new paragraph is added after para- graph 8 in the First Appendix to the Regulations :----
9. Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing paragraphs, during the period of any War between His Majesty the King and any foreign Country the number of drills and instruction parades and the number of days and nights for attendance in camp may be increased at the discretion of the General Officer Commanding the Troops, with the approval of the Governor after consultation with the Commandant, and such increases shall be notified as required in Corps Orders.
