No. 927.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute I of the Statutes of the University of Hong Kong, to appoint the Honourable Sir ROBERT HORMUS KOTEwALL, C.M.G., LL.D., as a member of the Council of the said University on the nomination of the Chinese Members of the Executive and Legislative Councils jointly, for a period of three years, with effect from the 9th October, 1939.
