4. Except as otherwise expressly provided by any order of the Controller of Food:-

(a) the maximum retail price for food prepared for export in Canada or in any foreign country other than China or Macao shall, as respects any retailer, be fifteen per cent. above the price at which, on any date not later than 31st August, 1939, he last sold food of that description;

(b) the maximum retail price for any food prepared for export in any part of the British Empire except Canada or Hong Kong shall, as respects any retailer, be ten per cent. above the price at which, on any date not later than 31st August, 1939, he last sold food of that description;

(c) the maximum retail price for food produced in this Colony or imported from China or Macao shall, as respects any retailer, be the price at which, on any date not later than 31st August, 1939, he last sold food of that description.

5. The order of the Controller of Food published as Government Notification 771 in the Gazette of 8th September, 1939, is rescinded.
