ORDINANCE, No. 25 of 1914.
By order of His Excellency the Governor dated the 16th day of September, 1939. Mr. ERIC MACDONALD BRYDEN, Chartered Accountant of Messrs. Lowe, Bingham & Matthews, Mercantile Bank Building. Hong Kong, was appointed an Inspector under Section 9 (1) of Ordinance No. 25 of 1914, of the business carried on in the Colony of the Internationale Gesellschaft der Stickstoff Industrie, A.G. of Basel.

ORDINANCE, No. 25 of 1914.
By order of His Excellency the Governor dated the 18th day of September, 1939, Mr. ERIC MACDONAld Bryden, Chartered Accountant of Messrs. Lowe, Bingham & Matthews, Mercantile Bank Building, Hong Kong, was appointed a Supervisor under Section 9 (2) of Ordinance No. 25 of 1914 of the business carried on in the Colony of the Internationale Gesellschaft der Stickstoff Industrie A.G. of Basel, with the following powers:-
(1) To examine the stock position of fertilisers held at all reasonable times.
(2) To have access to all details appertaining to the sale and banking of the proceeds thereof.
(3) To order into which banks the proceeds of sale shall be paid.
(1) To examine all documents and interview all persons with knowledge concerning the same.
(5) To render a monthly report to the Custodian of Enemy Property.
