No. 775.-It is hereby notified that the latest Regulations respecting admission to the Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, and the Royal Military College, Sandhurst, are available for inspection at the Colonial Secretary's Office. The Regulations include provision for the nomination by the Secretary of State for the Colonies to two cadet- ships, one at the Royal Military Academy and one at the Royal Military College, from candidates recommended by the Officer Administering the Government of a Colony not possessing responsible Government, or of a British Protectorate.

No. 776.--It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 5 of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance, 1899, His Honour the Chief Justice has ordered that the next Criminal Sessions for the despatch of the business of the Court shall be held on Friday, the 15th day of September, 1939, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.
