ORDINANCE No. 18 of 1935. (BUILDINGS).

No. 760.-It is hereby notified for general information that His Excellency the Governor in Council has, under section 122 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, appointed the hours of 11.30 a.m. to 12 noon as additional or further hours between which blasts may be fired by Marsman Hong Kong China, Ltd. for the Hong Kong and Whampoa Dock Co., Ltd. within the latter's premises.

ORDINANCE No. 18 of 1935. (BUILDINGS).

It is hereby notified for general information that His Excellency the Governor in Council has, under section 122 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, and in addition to the hours for blasting provided by that section, appointed all other hours by day or night for the purpose of works undertaken in the New Territories for the Military Authori- ties.

No. 762.-His Excellency the Governor under instructions received from His Majesty through the Secretary of State, has been pleased to appoint, subject to His Majesty's pleasure, Captain ARTHUR MALCOLM PETERS, D.S.C., R.N., Commodore in charge of Naval Establishments, Hong Kong, to be an additional Official Member of the Executive Council, with effect from 5th September, 1939.
