an

offence against this Ordinance and where no other penalty is provided shall on summary conviction be liable in respect of each offence to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars and in the case of a continuing offence to a further fine not exceeding ten dollars for every day, sub- sequent to the day on which he is convicted of the offence, during which the contraven- tion or default continues.

(13) Form No. 1 in the Schedule is amended by the substitution of the word "thereof" for "therefrom" in item 9 of the list of particulars.
