ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1983. (VOLUNTEER).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Volunteer Ordinance. 1933, the General Officer Com- manding the Troops, with the approval of the Governor after consultation with the Commandant of the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, rescinds the regulations contained in the First Schedule to the said Ordinance, as subsequently amended, and makes the following regulations in substitution therefor
REGULATIONS RESPECTING THE CONSTITUTION, GENERAL GOVERNMENT, DISCIPLINE AND TRAINING OF THE HONG KONG VOLUNTEER DEFENCE CORPS.
1. These regulations may be cited as the Hong Kong Volunteer Regulations.
