ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899 (MERCHANT SHIPPING).

By virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 25 (4) and 42 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance. 1899, the Governor in Council hereby further amends Table M of the regulations made under the said Ordinance appearing on pages 224 to 517 of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 Edition) as follows:-

Amendment.

Heading "(V)-DANGEROUS GOODS ANCHORAGES" of Regulation 23 as enacted by Government Notification No. 308 published in the Gazette of the 22nd April, 1938, is amended as follows:-

A. By the addition to the boundaries of the Eastern Anchorage of the following:--

On the east-The mainland.

B. By the addition thereto at the end thereof of the following:-

(3) TSUN WAN BAY ANCHORAGE.

Northern boundary. The mainland.

Southern boundary.-A line drawn due east from the southern extremity of Cap Island to the mainland.

Eastern boundary.-The mainland.

Western boundary.-A line drawn due north from the north-western extremity of Cap Island to the mainland.
