22. In these regulations the expression "the hours of darkness means from hour after sunset to hour before sunrise.
23. Contravention of any provisions of these regulations shall constitute an offence under the Lighting Control Ordin- ance, 1936.
PART V.
24. Further relaxation of these regulations by private notice or by notice published in the newspapers.
The Air Raid Precautions Officer may by notice in the Gazette or by written notice to any person for the purpose of and on the occasion of an experiment or practice announce such further relaxation of these regulations as he may think fit and these regulations shall have force subject to such fur- ther relaxation but only in relation to the particular occasion in respect of which such further relaxation shall be expressed to apply.
