No. 551.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under Section 3 (1) of the Vaccination Ordinance No. 12 of 1923, to appoint Miss CHENG TAK-KWAN() to be a Public Vaccinator, with effect from 22nd June, 1939.

No. 552.-It is hereby notified that Mr. RAMON MUNIZ LAVALLE, Consul for the Argentine Republic at Hong Kong, assumed charge of the Argentine Consulate on 1st May, 1939.

No. 553. With reference to Gazette Notification No. 530 published in Government Gazette No. 29 of 30th June, 1939, the following member has been added to the Town Planning Board:-

No. 554.-In accordance with regulation 8 of the Regulations as to grant, forfei- ture, restoration and other matters concerning The Efficiency Medal in regard to the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, published as Notification No. 578 in the Gazette of 2nd August, 1935, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to authorize the following award :-

No. 555.---It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 5 of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance, 1899, His Honour the Chief Justice has ordered that the next Criminal Sessions for the despatch of the business of the Court shall be held on Monday, the 17th day of July, 1939, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.
